Nisbet Plantation Beach Club is set on 30 acres of tropical landscaped gardens edging the islands reef-protected shore with a white sand beach.


Located on a quarter-mile long stretch of sandy beach, the quiet Nisbet Plantation Beach Club was originally built as a sugar plantation in 1778. Air conditioned cottage accommodations are spread across the acres of lawns appealing to families and couples who desire a tranquil, secluded holiday.

Guests can relax in hammocks and lounge chairs on the expansive, secluded beach fronting the Resort. Up a gentle slope overlooking the beach, a sundeck with cushioned lounge chairs borders the swimming pool and hot tub.


An avenue of tall palm trees provides a dramatic promenade leading from the Great House to Nisbet’s spacious beachfront.  The Resort also offers a tennis court, fitness centre, croquet lawn and beachside bar that hosts a complimentary weekly rum punch party. Thursday’s night feature the popular Beach BBQ & Buffet featuring local seafood, followed by live music and dancing, whilst Saturday night is the Surf ‘n Turf night – a casual gourmet experience also at Coconuts.

36 Lemon-tinted bungalows are scattered across 30 acres throughout the property giving guests a home-away from home atmosphere. Rooms are furnished to provide a laid back island feel.


Superior Rooms – housed in semi-detached cottages, include a spacious bedroom and well-appointed bathroom (with shower only) and a screen patio. Sleep 2 in king size or twin beds.

Deluxe Garden Suites – spacious living and bedroom areas, larger bathrooms with separate large tub, bar area and patio facing the sea. Sleep 2 and also have an additional queen size sofa bed in the living room area making these ideal for families (sleeps max 4).


Lower Premier Suites - Closest to the ocean, these suites include a living room area, spacious full bathroom, wet bar and balcony.

Upper Premier Suites – Closest to the ocean, these suites include a living room area, spacious full bathroom, wet bar and open patio or deck from the upper level of the 2-storey cottage.


The Great House Restaurant - an enchanting backdrop for an intimate meal with Nevis’ finest cuisine. The air-conditioned dining room is open for dinner only (5 nights a week), or guests may choose to enjoy alfresco outdoor seating on a screened verandah overlooking the estate and ocean.

This AAA, 4 Diamond restaurant is known island-wide for its gourmet dining experience. Afternoon tea is served complimentary on the Great House patio everyday.


Coconuts Restaurant – open air, poolside dining open for breakfast featuring fresh fruit and pastry buffet and complete hot breakfasts made to order, and hosts the Beach BBQ and Surf & Turf nights on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Sea Breeze Bar – this casual and colourful open air restaurant provides lunchtime beachside dining where you can dine with your toes in the sand if you wish!  Our popular venue for the weekly cocktail party.
